Web3 launchpad on Solana; paused in February 2023 after the 2022 market fall

Problem: Early-stage blockchain projects needed a safe and structured way to raise funds, grow a community and launch their token.
What I built: I chose the stack and owned architecture and product. An external agency, PixelPlex, built the core under my direction: Rust smart contracts for token sales, staking and NFTs, non-custodial wallets and KYC checks, connected to a Next.js front end. I also worked with investors on early funding.
Result: We paused it in February 2023, after the founders disagreed on the long-term vision and the crypto market collapsed in 2022.
What I learned: Product-market fit first, and partnership agreements in writing from day one.
