Co-founded GuildPad, a Web3 launchpad platform for early-stage blockchain projects. Led technical and product vision (architecture, tokenomics, smart contracts, fundraising). The project was paused due to founding team misalignment and the 2022 bear market, but gave me invaluable insights into startup building, Web3, blockchain infrastructure, and fundraising in high-risk environments.

Co-founded GuildPad, a Web3 launchpad platform designed to help early-stage blockchain projects access funding, grow communities, and launch in a secure and structured environment. I led both the technical and product vision, taking ownership of the architecture design, technology stack selection, and collaboration with external development teams on areas like tokenomics, smart contracts, wallet integration, and blockchain infrastructure. I also took an active role in the search for early-stage funding, engaging with investors and ecosystem partners to assess market fit and financial viability. While the product showed strong potential, the project was ultimately paused due to a misalignment in long-term vision among the founding team, combined with increasingly unfavorable market conditions during the onset of the 2022 crypto bear market (with BTC falling over 75% from its peak to ~$16,000). This entrepreneurial experience remains one of the most enriching stages of my career. It gave me deep insight into: • Startup building, product-market fit, and Web3 go-to-market • Blockchain infrastructure and early-stage technical leadership • Fundraising strategy and investor engagement in high-risk environments • Strategic thinking, adaptability, and resilience under pressure I'm genuinely proud of what I learned during that year. Even though the project didn't go live, it gave me a new perspective on building from scratch, working under uncertainty, and making tough decisions. It also confirmed something important for me: this won't be my last time launching something of my own. That experience planted a seed, and I know I'll come back to it—with more clarity and better timing.
